Marc Folch joined the Center for the Economics of Human Development in 2021 as a postdoctoral scholar. His research interests lie in Labor Economics, Inequality, Household Finance and the Economics of Education. His recent research has focused on analyzing the impact of student debt on career and housing choices, as well as studying the evolving role of the higher education market in shaping earnings inequality in the United States.
Marc completed a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.Sc. in Economics at Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and a B.Sc. in Economics at Pompeu Fabra University.
