Elizabeth manages CEHD’s LENS initiative, which aims to develop scalable, technology-driven systems for measuring early childhood education quality. She oversees research design, partnerships, and operational strategy for the Center’s emerging AI and computer-vision tools.

Before joining CEHD, Elizabeth spent fifteen years in the University of Chicago’s Biological Sciences Division, conducting molecular biology and bioinformatics research and managing undergraduate programming at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, MA. She holds a BS and MS in Biology, an MBA, PMP certification, and is currently pursuing graduate studies in data science.

In her free time, Elizabeth can be found watching Star Trek or poking around in genomic databases.
