Eric is a fourth year at the University of Chicago majoring in Economics and Public Policy Studies. He is interested in applying experimental economics and econometrics to help inform policies that improve welfare outcomes, such as education. His research at CEHD focuses on child development and educational outcomes through the Mianzhu Study under the mentorship of Dr. Zhe Yang.

His hobbies include playing pickup basketball, producing music, volunteering, and reading history books.
