Bhavika Kohli

Bhavika Kohli is a Master of Public Policy student at the University of Chicago and a development professional with experience in labour markets, social protection, and evidence-based policymaking across South-East Asia and Africa. Prior to Harris, she worked with the International Labour Organization, where she designed and delivered trainings for senior policymakers and produced research on social policy effectiveness.
Through her work, she has tried to answer the questions of work, opportunity, and state capacity. Currently, she is exploring how investments in early childhood development can influence long-term labour market outcomes. Bhavika holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Delhi.
Outside of work, Bhavika enjoys classical music, poetry, travel, and exploring ideas around human behavior.
