HCEO Conference on the The Gut Microbiome in Human Biology and Health

The Human Capital and Economic Opportunity Global Working Group is hosting a conference on the Gut Microbiome in Human Biology and Health organized by Katherine Amato and Christopher Kuzawa.

The goal of this workshop is to survey the rich body of literature describing the gut microbiome and its interactions with human environments to explore its potential integration into health disparities research. To that end, we have assembled a distinguished panel of experts who approach the human microbiome from multiple perspectives relevant to understanding the contribution of this new field to work on human health inequality.
